Handling Manual Orders as a Seller
Manual orders require personal attention. Fast, polite fulfilment = better reviews = more sales.
Your Workflow

Open Seller Sales from your seller panel. Pending manual orders are highlighted in red.

Click "Open Chat & Deliver" on the order.

Greet the buyer, confirm the order details and start preparing the product.

Click "Deliver Content", paste the credentials / file / instructions, and submit. The buyer is notified instantly.

Wait for confirmation. Once the buyer clicks "Mark Delivered", the order is closed and your earnings are credited.
Tips for High Ratings
- Reply to the first message within 1 hour.
- Deliver well within your stated dispute window — never wait until the last minute.
- If something is delayed, message the buyer with a clear ETA.
- Always test the credentials yourself before delivering.
Need extra time? Be honest. A polite message asking for a 12-hour extension is far better than silence.
