Transferring Store Balance to Your Personal Wallet
As a seller, your earnings build up in your store balance. If you want to use that money as a buyer — to top up products, pay fees, or anything else on the marketplace — you can move it instantly to your personal balance.
How to Transfer
- Go to Seller Dashboard → Overview.
- On the Available Balance card, click Transfer to Personal →.
- Enter the amount you want to move (minimum $5.00).
- Confirm — the funds move instantly, no waiting period.
This is an internal transfer only. It moves money from your store balance to your personal buyer balance on the same account — it does not withdraw funds out of the platform. For external withdrawals (bank/crypto), use the Withdraw option instead.
Tracking Your Transfers
Every transfer is logged. You can see your full history on the Withdraw page under Transfer History, including the amount and date of each transfer.
