Social Media Account Purchase Rules

Account Ownership: The seller must confirm that they are the legitimate owner of the account and that it was not hacked, stolen, or obtained through unauthorized means.

Account Verification: Before purchasing, the buyer may verify the account’s age, followers, engagement, niche, country, monetization status, and overall condition.

No Fake or Compromised Accounts: Fake, hacked, stolen, compromised, or fraudulent accounts will not be accepted.

Account History: The seller must disclose any previous restrictions, violations, scams, impersonation issues, or other significant problems associated with the account.

Account Transfer: Once the deal is confirmed, the seller must provide the agreed account access and transfer any relevant recovery information that can legitimately be transferred.

No Unauthorized Access: After the transfer, the seller must not attempt to recover, reclaim, or access the account without the buyer’s permission.

Payment: Payment will be made only through the agreed payment method and for the agreed price.

Verification Before Payment: The buyer has the right to complete reasonable verification before releasing payment. If the account does not match the agreed requirements, the buyer may cancel the deal.

Accurate Information: False or misleading information regarding followers, engagement, account age, monetization, niche, location, or account status may result in rejection of the transaction.

Platform Compliance: All transactions must comply with the applicable platform’s Terms of Service and policies. No deceptive methods should be used to bypass platform restrictions.

Transaction Confirmation: Both parties should confirm the transaction after the agreed payment and transfer requirements have been completed.

Disputes: In case of a dispute, the agreed terms, transaction records, and available evidence will be reviewed to resolve the matter fairly.
